Open Source Intelligence Integrator
Key Role: Provide open source intelligence analysis and planning in support of USPACOM intelligence. Provide coordination of open source intelligence support to PACOM planning and operations. Coordinate open source collection and exploitation efforts, coordinate technical solutions to support OSINT collection, exploitation, and production requirements, and establish processes for the coordination and integration of OSINT support to information operations within the Pacific region, including CONOPS execution. Provide subject matter expertise in OSINT support to operations planning and development efforts and serve as the client liaison to the national intelligence community’s overarching strategy for OSINT collection and exploitation. Review and analyze various source documents and prepare executive summaries for use by decision makers. Research and craft position papers on various intelligence support and information operations-related topics. Conduct assessments on current capabilities, lead working groups in process development and implementation, and prepare tactics, techniques, and procedures for the integration of open source intelligence into the existing command structure, mission, and processes.
Basic Qualifications [required]:
-7+ years of experience with intelligence analyst disciplines, principles, concepts, and practices gained through job experience and relevant national defense community study of all-source analysis
-Ability to work full-time at the client site as needed and extended hours in emergency situations
-TS/SCI clearance
-BS or BA degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in a joint environment preferred
-Experience with working with limited supervision and on a short schedule preferred
-Experience in the Asia-Pacific environment preferred
-Ability to express complex technical concepts verbally, graphically, and in writing
-Ability to show comprehensive, practical knowledge of research, collection, and analytical methods and skills

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
