? Key TPM Leader in the facility that has overall accountability for delivery on Production TPM objectives incorporating all internal and external team members into the TPM process.
? Provide direct supervision to the Resource Production Supervisors and Production Supervisors and lead in their PDR, DAP, and RCA development process.
? Lead optimization efforts for the production lines utilizing TPM methodology. Ensure proper feedback and usage of best practices for materials utilized and inventoried in the department and support the Materials department through proper documentation and preparations for inventories as needed. ?
? Work closely with the Maintenance and Engineering team to drive prioritization of problem areas and work with the Quality department to ensure master sanitation requirements for all production areas are met.
? Actively participate in the Indianapolis plant safety efforts. This would include leading the compliance goals of all environmental plans and leading the Production department safety programs to achieve safety index results.

?BS Degree required in Engineering, Management or related field of study; Masters degree preferred.
?A minimum of five years experience in Production, and three years in managing manufacturing operations and staff.
?Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop personnel and strategically plan for continuous improvement of human resources. ?
?Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously.
?Ability to interface with plant personnel and different functional groups within the business units.
?Working knowledge of finance, management of TE, daily output, VME, and production period budget.
?Excellent analytical, trouble-shooting, applied creativity and problem-solving skills.
