Requirements, Acquisition, and Milestone Preparation Analyst

Key Role: Apply knowledge of requirements definition and the acquisition milestone process and perform analysis, including developing requirements documents such as initial capabilities documents or mission needs statements. Use a comprehension of the Defense Planning Guidance and the planning, programming, and budgeting execution cycle. Apply an understanding of ACC staff work, including strategic planning, concept of operations, and the HH-60 and HC-130 tactical level of operations. 



Functional/Industry Knowledge:

-3+ years of experience as an HH-60 crew chief or with related aircraft, as an HC-130 aircraft crew chief, and with general aircraft avionics

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office required

-Experience with writing technical orders 

-Experience with aviation and with search and rescue and personnel recovery preferred

-Experience as a program manager and program element monitor preferred

 

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:

AA or AS degree in a related field required

 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
