Manage / improve materials flow within the MRO product group for Tropicana's Bradenton Facility. This includes safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy relating to all internal movement, receipt, and issuance of materials while meeting or exceeding cost objectives. ?The person in this position will function as the departments StarfleeTPM manager ensuring the appropriate capabilities are in place, and tools are utilized to drive World Class Business Results.

**Bachelor of Science in Engineering**
5-7 year background in Maintenance and/or Engineering in a manufacturing organization with 3+ years of inventory management experience.
1.The advisor will actively participate in while supervising the following functions:
?Cycle Counting ?Researching inventory discrepancies ?MRO catalog maintenance
?Managing ?the hazardous chemical routing process ?Supporting master item requirements of satellite storage areas ?Coordinating the procurement of recommended parts lists ?Ensuring data integrity in the CMMS through correct identification of parts and verification of inventory levels ?Developing and maintaining the replenishment program insuring adequate levels of components available to support maintenance objectives ?Administering the excess and obsolete management program ?Determining the inventory turn rates, inventory stock levels, and inventory accuracy by performing inventory analysis ?Streamlining the Central Receiving and parts issuance functions
2.The incumbent will prepare / administer training as necessary to team members to expand overall group?s knowledge.
3.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor / manager.
