Senior Logistics Management Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
SOF FTT - an articulate and effective training specialist, preferably former combatant Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operator, who can interact with technicians, logisticians, high-level officials, and SOF Operators to develop and monitor New Equipment Training (NET) and Logistics requirements and specifications for new combat systems. Primary duty is SOF FTT Team Leader for all (NSWC), Crane, Indiana, and used by United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), WARCOM, and AFSOC. The SOF FTT Team Leader position will be located at Fort Bragg, NC, and involves frequent travel to locations in the continental United States and worldwide. Term of this SOF FTT requirement is a minimum of 3 years, with options to extend.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience in lieu of degree. Minimum 5 years experience in related field. Strong technical writing skills. Proficient in the use of various weapons and accessory kit subsystems and components provided as GFP, in support of displays, briefings, and live-fire demonstrations. Experience in the writing, development, and staffing of requirements and acquisition documents. Experience with tracking acquisition, planning, and execution of Army and joint SOF small arms/weapons programs.
