Training/Systems Analyst (5047)

Serves as the Military Training Expert on a six-person simulation software delivery and training team. Acts as Technical Lead on selected tasks. Will achieve expertise in multiple functional areas, operations and uses of the OneSAF Objective System (OOS) Computer Generated Forces Simulation and will instruct OOS software related training courses to potential users. Provides leadership, direction and technical guidance to other professionals.


Defines system requirements and priorities with customer and ensures that daily project requirements are met; designs data processing solutions based on business need and technical considerations; researches and resolves application production problems; conducts complex documentation and user needs analysis. Technical advisor in military training and simulations, systems analysis, systems engineering, or management analysis; plans, manages, and controls activities; identifies, defines, and solves problems involving complex technologies and disciplines.

Requirements
Over ten years experience in US Army doctrine and operations to include Brigade level staff experience required.
Military (DoD) simulation user/developer experience required. Experience in the conduct of military training using approved DoD simulations such as Janus, BBS, and/or CBS required.
Command & General Staff College level education or enlisted equivalent (SGM/1SG Academy/ Scools) required. War College level education desirable.
Secret security clearance required.
5 ? 10+ years experience with MS Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics or other technical advanced degree, or non-technical advanced degree related to program from an accredited institution
10 ?15+ years experience with BS Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics or other technical degree, or non-technical degree related to program from an accredited institution
12 ?20+ years experience with AA / AS / High School Diploma with no degree?Appropriate expertise related to program required


Required Experience:
Prior experience in US Army Training and Doctrine (TRADOC)
Must have Command and General Staff College level education.
War college level education preferred.
10+ years of experience in US Army doctrine and operations to include brigade level staff experience required
Military/DoD simulation user/developer experience required.
Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English.
Must be well versed in the use of MS Office software tools.
