Duties and Responsibilities ? Work with MIS Portal team lead in supporting existing production and applications ? Sharepoint administration, including User administration, Technical support and daily File Level backup/restore operations ? Daily monitoring reports using Automation tools ? Creating training material for end users using Adobe Captivate ? Create and support Excel reports (VBA) ? Develop workflow solutions using InfoPath and AgilePoint Business Process Modeling ?
Education and required skills: Bachelor?s degree Experience: ? Significant support experience with Share Point Portal Server/ and or Windows Sharepoint Services ? Application development using MS .NET Technologies preferred (C#.NET, ASP.NET,ADO.NET and VBA) ? A solid understanding of networking protocols ? Good understanding of relational databases (MS SQL Server, DTS, stored procedures, triggers) ?a plus ? MS Office Advanced (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio, InfoPath) ? MS Info Path designing and development ? Technical writing and documentation proficiency required.
