Association Assistants (entry level)

Our Washington D.C. office has several entry level opportunities available for individuals providing excellent customer service and satisfaction in an administrative support capacity. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate to gain experience in a fast paced work environment.

 

Demonstrated experience:Providing Administrative support to client and staff teamMaintaining first-rate customer service as front-line client / member contact (answering client inquiries)Assisting in coordination of conference/meeting logistics Supporting Association organizations including Volunteers, Members, Committees and Chapters Assisting supervisors and staff team with project work as required

Qualifications:Bachelors degree requiredEntry level position in agency or non-profit experience in related industry helpfulPC experience with Windows operating system and a variety of software programs (Microsoft Office)Database management experience (iMIS preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsTime management and organizational skills Strong customer service focusMust be extremely detail oriented, high energy and enjoy working with consumers/members.
