Branch Director
Job Summary:
The Branch Director manages/directs overall daily operation of the 16,000 sq. ft. Jennifer Loscher Branch & Teen Center with primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision & training of staff, facilities management, community/parent relations, and membership administration.
Requirements:
Skills/Knowledge:
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices related to: ?Management of Club operations, Community relations, Youth development, Resource development, Resource management, Financial and budget management, Facility and equipment management, Staff Development, Program planning, development, implementation and evaluation, Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required or equivalent of 4 years Boys & Girls Club work.
Experience:
A minimum of (3) years management experience in a non-profit organization and/or youth organization preferred with responsibility for operations, management and supervision; two (2) years at the Branch Director level, or an equivalent combination of related experience. Knowledge of the policies, program and procedures of Boys & Girls Clubs, or of the principles and practices of similar non-profit organizations.
