CONTRACTS MANAGER

 

Family Services of Metro Orlando (FSMO), a leading human child welfare service agency, is seeking a dedicated Contracts Manager that will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Director of Contracted Services on all business details, including developing and monitoring procedures for management of contracts.

 

Education & Experience:



? Experience in contracts management is highly desirable;

? Demonstrates proficiency in legal writing and interpretation of statute, rule, and policy;

? Knowledge of child welfare systems of care and provider networks is preferred;

? Bachelor?s degree is required, preferably in business or law.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

? Supports the Director on all business details, including collection and

  management of all contract monitoring/reporting requirements for all of Lead Agency contracts;

? Assists the Director in the development of monitoring procedures for the provider network;

? Acts as a liaison with the Case Management Organizations on contract compliance and quality assurance measures and due diligence;

? Assists in the detailed analysis of the Lead Agency and all Case Management contract deliverables and performance measures;

? Participates in all monitoring conducted by the Office of Administrative Services, Office of Policy and Program Development, and the Office of Permanency and Operations;

? Communicates with contracted providers to provide technical assistance and feedback with respect to contract compliance issues.

? Prepares the final contract monitoring reports for submission by the Director to the Department of Children & Families.
