Candidate will assist with all aspects of program management in order to ensure that customer satisfaction and service level goals are met. Build customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service through the development of call center customer care specialists. Will serve as a program ?expert? in order to resolve escalated calls and assist in the coaching, developing, motivating staff to maximize performance and potential. Will also assist management in interviewing and selecting new associates.

Qualified candidates will have a college degree or 5+ years customer service experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Must also have excellent oral and written communications skills and flexibility to work weekends. Credit and criminal background checks conducted.
