Team In Training? is a fundraising campaign that benefits The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by training participants to do marathons, triathlons and century bike rides.  We are currently looking for an energetic and organized individual who would like to be a part of this growing non-profit organization.

 

 

CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR

 

Responsibilities:  The Campaign Director, reporting to the Sr. Campaign Director, will join the campaign?s senior staff team to provide leadership,  the management of and the strategic planning for the Team In Training program within the Greater Los Angeles area. The qualified individual will develop a comprehensive plan of operation for assigned events including budgets, timelines, logistics, and marketing plans. The Director will be responsible for supervising and training campaign and support staff in the areas of team management, fundraising, volunteer development, and marketing.  Additionally, they will be responsible for the development and management of all materials, promotional activities, and events.

Requirements:  Minimum of 7-10 years professional experience, previous staff management experience, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a close attention to detail, flexible team player, experience with event and volunteer  management, solid public speaking and presentation skills, skilled in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, etc., excellent written and verbal communication.  Involves some travel.  Minimum preferred education ? Bachelor?s Degree.
