Case Coordinator

We are a nationally recognized community mental health agency located in Albany, New York. We have entry level positions currently available. The starting salary for these positions is $21,800. These positions deal with mentally ill individuals in their own apartments which are scattered throughout the city of Albany. We are looking for hard working individuals who are interested in developing a career within the community mental health field. Responsibilities include: supervising medication, assisting individuals with learning the skills of daily living such as dressing, cooking, cleaning, laundry etc., community integration, accompanying individuals to their clinical appointments and service plan implemention. These positions require some hands on work and role modeling for the clients. These positions are 40 hours a week but with flexible schedules. We offer generous time-off, health insurance and a 401k program. Complete training is provided. Opportunity for advancement is excellent after one year. A valid NYS drivers license and completion of a criminal background check is required for the position
