Case Team Manager

 Man Supervises managers and is responsible for assuring the agency?s casework services are delivered in an effective, efficient and caring manner. Works collaboratively with colleagues within and outside the agency to identify, develop, and implement strategies that address issues relevant to clients? needs and promote elders? ability to maintain their lives with dignity in their communities.  Serve as a resource regarding the interpretation of EOEA regulations relating to home care programs and agency policies and procedures. Take an active role in agency meetings, committees and tasks forces.  Requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of social work experience.  A Master's Degree in social work or psychology is preferred. Also, requires effective interpersonal, communication, written, computer, and training and presentation skills.
