Triangle has an immediate need for a highly motivated individual to supervise and manage a variety of day programs, serving individuals with disabilities.

 

Qualifications: Educational experience: knowledge of, experience in and passion for program development, ten years experience in human services with five or more years in management and a Masters in Human Services preferred.

 

The CPO will demonstrate the ability to provide leadership and direction for Triangle and our programs. Ability to manage multi-million dollar budget and effectively integrate people, processes, systems, and technologies, in making strategic decisions. Organizational skills and follow-through, written and verbal communications skills and the ability to promote Triangle’s Programs to internal and external partners also needed.

 

Responsibilities: Develop, lead and supervise all Triangle programs in a manner that advances our mission.Supervise a team of program managers who are responsible for their own programs.Develop new programs and services consistent with Triangle’s strategic plan.Identify and recommend the most appropriate resources (internal and external) for program needs.Identify, and report key program metrics to ensure overall delivery and client satisfaction.Assist with defining and implementing procedures for process improvement and standardization. Develop and manage data collection necessary to report service statistics, and outreach efforts.Ensure filing of grant applications.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.In coordination with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, develop and manage the program services budget.Manage multiple concurrent programs & prioritize resources accordingly Generate  “Cost to Complete” &  “Program Snapshot” reports. Facilitate cross-functional problem solving with the program team.Effectively balance and resolve conflicts between resources and program needs. Identify participant needs, develop action plans, identify deliverables, and present results. Assess programs and recommend any refinements to existing processes and methods. Ability to manage interrelated projects including maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources of program performances. Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, regulatory agencies and all levels of management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in. Ability to take initiative, overcome obstacles, and encourage others to accept challenging work to achieve results
