Clinical Administrator

The Clinical Administrator of CREATE Chemical Dependence Treatment Services is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the treatment components of the Medically Supervised Outpatient Program, the Intensive Residential Program and the Shelter Plus Care Housing and Supportive Services. In discharging these duties, the Administrator insures that individuals assigned to the treatment components accomplish their assigned tasks according to standards established by the Executive Director of CREATE, Inc. In addition, the Clinical Administrator provides guidance, direction, training, instruction oversight and supervision to treatment team staff. The Administrator under the supervision of the Executive Director provides supervision through the Medical Director and Supervisor of Treatment Services to the Medically Supervised Outpatient and Shelter Plus Care programs and through the Residential Director to the Intensive Residential Services of CREATE. The Clinical Administrator, reporting to the Executive Director, directs Quality Performance Improvement to maintain a dynamic team. Responsibilities include overseeing the design, implementation and analysis of clinical outcomes assessment programs for CREATE improvement initiatives.

 

Required: Credentialed in Substance Abuse and Alcoholism Counseling (CASAC), STARS experience and good working knowledge of OASAS 822 Treatment Process.
