Coordinator of 2 Residential Group Homes for people with Developmental Disabilities

Job Purpose:

?  Insure the efficient operation of  2 group homes for the developmental disabled

Duties:

?  Provide direct supervision of  approximately 14 hourly  direct care staff

?  Implement and monitor  staff  scheduling that will include planning for sick and vacation using Kronos payroll system

?  Be On-Call and available to assist direct care  staff as needed on a  24 hour  7 days per week basis

?  Enforce policies & procedures relative to residents and staff in a fair and consistent manner

?  Insure the residents needs are met in an environment that is fun, safe and supportive of community based activities

 

Skills / Qualifications:Management proficiency, verbal & written communication skills, computer knowledge, ability to assist staff
