Director of North American Chapter Development

MPI is currently seeking a Director of North American Chapter Development

to oversee the strategic growth of North American chapters through the delivery of programs and services supporting membership growth, retention and overall health of chapter operations.  Specifically, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing customized business solutions to elevate chapter leadership, chapter management, financial strength and educational offerings; enhancing regional and chapter events and meetings; identifying and cultivating new chapter opportunities; and analyzing and reporting on chapter performance and results.  This position is required to travel up to 25% of the time. 

 

Candidates for this position must possess a bachelor?s degree; more than seven years of experience in managing multiple locations, franchises or affiliates (regional management); five or more years of proven development and team leadership experience; prior experience managing a line of business; and demonstrated experience as a change agent.  Candidates must also have a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, solid business acumen, strong analytical skills, and enjoy working in a true team environment.  The ability to manage multiple projects and drive process improvement initiatives are critical.
