Director of Research & Evaluation Initiatives
Starr Commonwealth, a private, non-profit service organization working with troubled children seeks candidates for its Director of Research & Evaluation Initiatives position in Albion, MI. Responsibilities include: conducting both Quantitative and Qualitative evaluation projects, managing all projects assigned by the Vice President for Research, Evaluation & Training, responding appropriately and accurately to data requests from identified stakeholders, providing information for all stakeholders to enhance decision-making processes, preparing report and other evaluation - related documents, conducting field-driven research studies and assisting in program and organization planning efforts. Master?s degree in social science, and experience in evaluation implementation, proficiency using statistical software (SPSS or SAS), and evaluation reporting are required. Must have superior critical thinking skills, knowledge of research/evaluation design and methods, and experience working in a teamwork format. Experience in computer systems, data management, and data analysis, data table creation, graph creation, and technical writing applications are preferred. Salary range is $52,000 - $56,000 along with excellent benefits package. Please send a cover letter and resume to:
