Executive Assistant/Office Manager

The Children's Burn Foundation in Sherman Oaks seeks trustworthy/organized executive assistant/office manager for administrative support to Executive Director as well as handling day-to-day operations.  Successful candidate will be flexible, able to multi task, work independently and as part of a team.  Attention to detail/follow-through a must.  Responsibilities include scheduling/preparing for meetings, correspondence, calendaring, account reconciliation, grant request preparation, phones, ordering supplies and helping organize annual benefit.  Excellent verbal/written skills; minimum 2 years' experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Mail Merge) as well as Raiser's Edge.  Small, friendly, very fast-paced office.  Competitive compensation/benefits.  Email resume to:  childburnexdir@aol.com
