Executive Director

The Dallas Chinese Community Center (DCCC) is a non-profit organization serving the Chinese community in the DFW area and in North Texas.Its mission is to promote Chinese culture and to foster diversity through educational and cultural programs that enrich the lives for all.

The Center is seeking an Executive Director who will report to the Executive Board. The individual will be responsible for application of foundation and corporate funding; identifying community needs to develop programs; designing fundraising activities and managing operation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of fundraising and administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication and research skills in both English and Chinese are essential. This person should demonstrate strong inter-personal skills with strengths in problem solving, strategic thinking, multi-tasking and attention to detail. A proven track record of community service is highly desirable.
