In-home Services Supervisor
ISS Supervisor
Kids Hope United, a leading national, not-for-profit human service, child welfare agency is seeking s dedicated, enthusiastic leader to supervisor our intensive in-home Services program based in St. Louis, MO.
This is a community-based program, DFS funded, child welfare program that provides iintensive family support to those at risk, for child abuse, neglect and/or out of home placement. Case load size is two families at any time with the expectation of 8-10 hours of direct services to families weekly.
The incumbent will possess a Masters degree is social work or related degree and have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of brief therapy and crisis intervention models, ability to work with a diversified population, professional writing skills, basic computer skills, knowledge of community resources.
Specific Responsibilities:
? Ssupervise 4 Intensive In-Home Services Specialists,
? Provide backup coverage,
? Attend initial family visits,
? Attend Family Support Team Meetings,
? Participate in metro management meetings.
