Job Developer
Provides customized job development for persons with disabilities.
Accompanies participants on interviews with employers as required and assisting participants with application process, including processing application and resumes on-line.
Transports participants, in a safe manner, (using own personal vehicle), to interviews, etc., when needed.
Conducts presentations to referral agencies, employers, participants and participant?s family to introduce them to Goodwill?s employment services.
Conducts outreach and recruitment efforts to identify and facilitate referrals of individuals for enrollment into different programs.
Certifies that individuals meet eligibility requirements of various programs including obtaining and maintaining documentation.
Assists in teaching job readiness classes to participants or refers them to Goodwill?s job readiness training.
Provides and documents on-going support and guidance activities for participants enrolled in programs.
Compiles or conducts participant?s evaluations and progress reports as directed by Supervisor.
