Job Description:

 

Provides oversight of consumer services within the community and within individual

homes.  Provides supervisory support to program staff and ensures the quality of program

services for disabled adults. Perform other duties as assigned. Job # CS-4303p

 

Required Education and Experience:

 

 Minimum BA obtained in a Human Services field. Four years experience as a case manger conducting service assessments. Additional relevant work experience and/or personal experience accessing services may substitute for educational experience on a one-to-one year basis.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

?  Knowledge of Microsoft Computer Software (Excel experience a plus)

?  Understanding/Endorsement of Independent Living Philosophy

?  Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

?  Strong organizational skills

?  Experience and understanding of working w/individuals that have multiple disabilities and or challenging behaviors.

 

 Preferred:

 

? HCSIS experience

? Experience accessing, advocating, and or assessing services for people with disabilities
