Membership Recruiter

A non-profit, professional medical association seeks an individual with strong interpersonal skills to recruit and retain physician members. Responsible for developing/implementing plan to increase/sustain membership in Greater MN.; Must have effective communication and sales skills, high level of integrity and be self motivated, with an ability to work independently and as a team member. 3-5 yrs in health care or other professional membership association and Bachelors degree required, with membership or sales exp. preferred. Salary plus incentive package. Candidate may work from remote office. Extensive in-state travel will be required - 50-80% time, includes overnights.
