Membership Services Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this position is to recruit, direct, support and evaluate the work of adult volunteers who provide direct service to the girls.  The Coordinator Serves as the liaison with school principals, church leaders and community members to promote the mission of Girl Scouting. Develops goals and strategies for membership development, with an emphasis on forming and registering new troops.  Work in conjunction with volunteers to organize and maintain the Girl Scout Program within an assigned geographic area, meeting the Council's goals and objectives.. Experience in marketing and membership. Girl Scout experience and bi-lingual Spanish preferable and a definite plus! Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work with diverse populations. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Basic computer literacy in MS Word applications. Flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends. Dependable vehicle for daily use/valid drivers license/insurance. Salary $29 to 30K. M/F EOE
