President/Chief Executive Officer

The Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic leader to foster new relationships through its staff, members and volunteers to meet the goals established by the Board of Directors and will advocate on behalf of the chamber membership and defend and uphold the chamber mission.  The successful candidate will assume a leading position on all business issues in the community, as well as command strong community support by maximizing its community volunteers.  This position is a salaried position that requires a very self-confident individual with the following qualifications:

? Business or Non-Profit Assoc Management exp

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

? Creative, positive, enthusiastic and self motivated individual skilled in the ability to effectively delegate

? Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a variety of groups and individuals

? Excellent organizational and financial mgmt skills

? High level of professional and personal integrity at all times

 This is a full time position, Monday-Friday requiring some flexibility for events.  Annual salary range of $35,000 - $40,000 doe, with significant bonus opportunity based on membership growth. Please
