Program Coordinator, Krall Center

The Program Coordinator reports to the Program Manager, Krall Center for Corporate and Executive Education and is responsible for implementing all activities required to operate the Krall Center for Corporate and Executive Education as a professional, efficient and well-organized department within the LeBow College of Business.

Knowledge of standard office procedures.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.

Manages the day-to-day program operations of the Krall Center including but not limited to the following:
*assist the Sr Director of the Krall Center in special projects and with operational aspects of the Executive MBA, Corporate MBA, and Executive Education programs
*coordinate the efficient functionality of Krall Center office including classroom allocation
*create and manage the Krall Center's operational calendars and supply budgeting reports
*develop promotional material for all Krall Center programs
*provide management of office functions, including preparing correspondence as needed, maintaining office supply and food services inventory
*provide administrative support for programs offered through the Krall Center, including handling of records, expense reimbursements, faculty payments, and additional paperwork sent to the other units within the University; create associated financial documents
*greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
*maintain Krall Center calendar scheduling classroom and conference room space.
*ensure an exceptional physical environment within the Center including overseeing housekeeping, maintenance of facilities and equipment, etc.

Delivers high quality service and ongoing support to students, faculty, alumni, staff and visitors to the Center.

In conjunction with the Program Manager:
*maintains inventory supplies, office, hospitality, etc.
*works with program faculty to obtain syllabi, textbook information, etc.
*places textbook orders and distributes course materials to students in a timely manner.
*coordinates program mailings, view books, invitations, etc.
*assists with processing vendor payments.
*assists with meal planning and ordering.

Provides a variety of secretarial and clerical duties within the department including typing/composing correspondence, answering department phone, mail distribution, and filing.
Works evenings/weekends as necessary to assist with classes, information sessions, and marketing activities related to the Center.
Participates in and assists at all LCB events as required.
Assists across programs as needed to achieve Graduate Program goals.
