Program Development Manager w/Design

 

The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) was founded in 1997 to advocate for the expanded hiring, retention, and promotion of minority attorneys in corporate law departments and the law firms that serve them. MCCA accomplishes its mission through the collection and dissemination of information about diversity in the legal profession.  www.mcca.com  

 

We are seeking a Program Development Manager w/Design skills to manage and coordinate ten events, assist Director with administrative tasks related to other events including Diversity Dinners and Golf Tournament, be responsible for management of accounting processes and other office duties, support graphic design creation for events including handouts, invitations, flyers, etc .. Must be able to work independently and be a team player as needed.   



Qualifications: Experience with event planning and design are required.  Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task, work in fast pace environment, stay organized, exercise time management skills, be a self-starter, and take initiative as well as work on several projects/events simultaneously.  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Quark required. Additional design software knowledge is preferred.  A college degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
