We are a non-profit company dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities looking for a QMRP for our community based waiver program in Greenwood and Indianapolis area. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising direct care staff for individuals with disabilities.We have 2 fulltime positions available. We are a growing and caring company. We offer a complete benefit package for fulltime employees offering health,life,dental and eye insurance plus paid time off. Must have a clean criminal history, a bachelor's degree in a human service field with one year experience is preferred. Must be flexible and able to work with little supervision. This is a diversified and exciting position.
