Recruitment Coordinator

C.W. Bill Young DoD Marrow Donor Program is seeking an experienced professional for the position of

Donor Recruitment Coordinator.

 

This position will be responsible for assisting the Senior Donor Recruiter in the coordination of all aspects of recruitment activities for the program to include: development and organization of promotional and public relations materials used for donor recruitment drives to include information packets, posters, flyers and power point presentations; data gathering and statistical maintenance of recruitment efforts; preparation, maintenance and organization of in-house recruitment supplies, supplies shipped for recruitment drives, drive schedules and statistical data. These functions are performed in accordance with the philosophy, policies and standards of the Georgetown University Medical Center and the National Marrow Donor Program.

 

This position will also require 1) travel for 1 or 2 overnight out of town drives requiring valid driver's license and personal credit card for reimbursable travel expenses. 2)  the ability to lift and stock supplies between 20-40 lbs. 3) strong computer, organizational and communication skills are a necessity.

 

College Degree preferred. Equivalent combination of coursework and experience in lieu of degree acceptable.

 

Salary for this position is commensurate with education and experience.
