Refugee Case Worker

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia?s Catholic Social Services is the largest social services agency in SE Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a Refugee Case Worker to work at our of our Center City office.

A Bachelor?s Degree in Social Services or Languages is necessary. Previous experience with refugee resettlement programs is desired. Fluency in foreign languages is desirable, such as Burmese, Russian or Arabic. Assist families with filing ?AORs? for refugee relatives abroad. Contact ?anchor? family members prior to refugee?s arrival in the U.S. Assist newly arrived clients in obtaining social services and benefits. Complete home studies and 90-day follow-up reports. Provide clients with employment readiness and job development skills. Provide services to unaccompanied minors including home visit reports.
