SCOH Senior Social Worker with Mission Driven Organization

Conduct ongoing family and individual assessments in order to determine appropriate levels of service and ensure the safety of children in the home. Identify areas of service which meet the specific needs of families and individuals, with a focus on developing client competency and independence within the community setting.

Employee should have demonstrated experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling and a minimum of 3 years experience in the social services field. Experience preferred in human services with a focus in family work, counseling, drug and alcohol or mental health services. Demonstrated ability to make assessments utilizing sound judgment. Must have developed and must maintain a demonstrated comfort level working in community setting, in-home setting and amongst diverse cultures. Computer software skills are required. Driver?s licensed preferred.
