SENIOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

 

Family Services of Metro Orlando (FSMO), a leading human child welfare service agency, is seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Management Specialist with strong leadership abilities based in Orlando, FL.

 

The succesful candidate will assist with the design and implementation of quality improvement practices which ensure the agency's compliance with programmatic, contractual, regulatory, and accreditation requirements and provides qualitative assessment of agency casework and other client services.

 

Seven years of progressively responsible experience, including supervisory and or direct case experience and a

Master's degree in a related social services discipline is required. Certification as a Child Welfare Professional is required



 

Specific Responsibilities: Coordinate the work of the Quality Management SpecialistsConduct case record reviews using a FSMO approved review toolAnalyze and evaluate data obtained from case record reviews and quality practice processes  to recommend system improvements that will improve child safety, permanence, and well-being or the efficacy of the systemParticipate in program evaluationsConduct Priority Reviews and all Priority III Reviews of cases deemed critical by the Executive DirectorPrimary responsibility for the coordination and development of Performance Management ReviewsPresent findings of case record reviews and Priority Reviews to CMO Leadership and FSMO LeadershipAnalyzes programmatic trendsProvides programmatic technical assistanceServes as a representative of the agency in regard to program evaluation, quality management, and utilization review
