Qualifications
Effectively maintains appointment schedules. Plans and schedules meetings, conferences, and travel.
Excellent phone skills. Efficiently answers and directs inquiries, takes thorough messages.
Familiar with general office equipment, including phones, faxes, copiers, scanners, and printers.
Listens attentively and actively.
Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.
Writes effectively using various styles to address different needs and audiences.
Experience providing patient services including patient scheduling, physician and clinic template maintenance, and expediting clinic flow.
Experience in health promotion, maintenance, and prevention.
Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time.
Conscientiously and methodically approaches work. Sees tasks through to completion.
