Team Lead, Communications Department

CareSource Management Group, Ohio's largest and fastest growing Medicaid Managed Healthcare Plan, located in Dayton, Ohio is currently seeking a Communications Team Lead.

 

 

 

 

Job Summary: Direct day-to-day Communications Team activities to ensure that service levels and project deliverables are met.  Work with director to translate department vision into process definition and implementation.  Oversee company-wide content for the intranet (Source). Manage content and marketing communications for all external CSMG sites.  Oversee various projects and communications plans as directed by the Director of Communications.

 

Essential Functions:Provide project direction for the development of communications materials, including but not limited to brochure production, direct mail, member/provider materials, letters, and website content. Lead evaluation and enhancement projects related to web-based communications.Work with IT to monitor functionality and to implement architecture changes as needed to ensure sites are working properly.Work with director to develop communications strategies to promote external web site content and functionality to members, providers and other stakeholders.Support internal communication needs by creating and maintaining communications methods and materials that reinforce the CSMG brand and enable open communication at and between all levels of the organization.Assist with All Staff Meeting preparations.Support the multi-media needs of the organization.Maintain leadership role on project teams for assigned areas.Ensure on-time production of materials on target and within budget.Able to perform any other job related instructions as requested, with reasonable accommodation.Provide management direction for Communications Specialists and Production Coordinator, including day to day oversight and performance reviews.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

? Bachelors degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field

 Experience:

? Five years of experience in communications

? Three years of professional writing experience

Certification:

? None

Technical Skills:

? Microsoft Office Proficient

? Experience using visual software, such as PowerPoint, Vision or Desk Top Publishing
