Utility/File Clerk

The Association for Child Development is a nonprofit organization that educates parents and caregivers about nutrition to promote the development of children and establish healthy eating habits to last a lifetime. We are the largest sponsor of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) in the U.S., sponsoring Child Care Providers in the states of Michigan and Illinois.

We are currently seeking a permanent part-time Utility Clerk for our Illinois office.

 

Average Hours: 35 hours per week



Typical duties include:

? Picking mail up from the post office

? Opening / sorting incoming mail

? Entering Worksheet /Menus into the ACD database

? Filing Worksheet/Menus and ACD correspondence

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

? Ability to maintain a professional appearance; along with a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to be able to work as a team player

? Must be detail-oriented

? Must have intermediate PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, email, and Internet)

? One year minimum work experience in an office environment

? High school diploma or GED equivalent 

? Bilingual in Spanish / English a plus
