Workforce Planner
American Red Cross, a nonprofit humanitarian organization is looking to bring on board Workforce Planner to analyze statistics, trends and historical information regarding Disaster Services workforce that responses to disasters. This position may require up to 20% in business travel. Operational flexibility may be required to meet sudden and unpredictable business needs including flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment and non-standard work hours & week-ends.
Pre-requisites for this position are as below:
4 year college degree in Social Services or relevant related field and 5 to 7 years of related work experience
Demonstrated experience in analysis of large volumes of data, track trends, measure staffing efficiencies and recommend ?push models?
Computer proficiency is required
Well developed analytical skills and documentation skills are required
