Our Inland Empire (Colton) and Palm Desert offices with combined territories currently has a full-time position for a Youth Market Director who will be responsible for the sales and service of youth market products (Jump Rope for Heart, Hoops for Heart) including recruiting, training and motivating school volunteers to facilitate youth market fundraising events.  Job entails heavy cold calling and implementation of direct sales strategies to ensure fundraising goals are met.  The net goal for this campaign year is $225,000 Inland Empire and $50,000 for Palm Desert.  Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience and training, preferably 3-5 years heavy sales experience and knowledge of school markets.
