Job Description:

Primary Activities
Management of installation functions and job processes within assigned territory to ensure that jobs are completed on a timely basis, to the satisfaction of the customer. Also will act as collector or funds from customers whose jobs have been competed.
Recruiting, hiring, training and managing the Project Coordinators, Permit Coordinators, and Administrative Assistants.
Shared responsibility for resolving customer affairs issues or other customer service issues that are not resolved in a timely basis.
Managing the scheduling process to ensure utmost efficiency.

Nature and Scope
Position Reports to Title: Branch Installation Manager
Number of Direct Reports
Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.

Environmental
Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.

Travel
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Age: 18

Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or G.E.D.

Physical Job Requirements
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.

Additional Qualifications
Must pass drug and background tests. Must pass pre-employment tests, if applicable.
Must possess a valid driver?s license and have access to a reliable vehicle. Must be flexible to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous Military experience is a plus
Management experience
Knowledge or experience in the home improvement industry
Proven recruiting experience

Able to use Microsoft Office products and type 25-30 wpm Heavy Exel knowledge and experience

The Operations Manager is responsible for hiring, training and managing Project Coordinators, Permit Coordinators and administrative personnel within an assigned territory or area. Will manage the scheduling of service and follow up of collections of completed jobs. The function is also responsible for ensuring results meet and exceed performance standards and metrics relating to timely completion of jobs, and minimal service issues while contributing to the branch goal of installing 100% of backlog representing a specific product line(s) within an assigned territory or area. Other responsibilites would include the tracking of returned, unused products to vendors and inuring proper credit is recieved from said vendors. Will be responsible for the scheduling of personnel within our warehouses for product reciept from vendors.
