Account Manager, Operations

Responsible for detailed planning and day to day operation of customized travel programs developed to provide marketing support to a high-profile clientele.  The Account Manager is the single and direct contact for the client during the pre-program planning phase as well as the on-site contact for all program logistics and coordination of all vendors involved with the production of the program or event.

 

Responsibilities:

 

-Ability to work independently as well as to work within a team

-Maintain and build positive relationships with existing as well as new vendors and suppliers.

-Manage program budgets and record detailed explanation of budget variances.

-Negotiate contracts and pricing for all aspects of the program.

-Manage all vendors and staff associated with the program/event.

-Work with Creative Services department to manage development of all program communication materials and collateral.

-Work with designer and programmer to develop web sites when required by client.

-Domestic as well as international travel required.

 

Qualifications:

 

5 years minimum experience as Operation Manager in the Incentive Industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet.

Deadline driven.

Ability to multi-task

Detail oriented and efficient.
