The Area General Manager - Field Logistics is accountable for all day-to-day operations of the Market Delivery Operation and the Carry In Repair Center to ensure Best-in-Class customer service that builds lasting relationships. This includes being accountable for the business operations, planning and control of budgets, troubleshooting issues and partnering with Retail, Home Services and the 3rd party service providers. The Area General Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, management, communication and execution of the region operational strategies and providing hands-on leadership, selection, guidance and support for the performance management and retention of the Home Delivery and Carry In Repair associates.

Responsible for unifying the Field Logistics organization in the assigned geography.
Accountable for total P&L performance.
Drive operational performance and improve efficiencies.
Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System (ISO).
Be involved with all product training, both for delivery and repair.
Responsible for profitably managing Delivery capacities within assigned geography.
Responsible for maintaining "State of Service" for the Carry In Repair business.
Responsible for all Delivery carrier performance and compliance.
Interact and work effectively with internal and external partners within Sears Holdings and Field Logistics organization.
Local Real Estate contact, accountable for space requirements and maintenance of SHC assets.
Internal development and technical training - of all associates.
Enforce all of Federal, State, Local and OSHA/EPA regulatory safety requirements
Ensure compliance of human resources policies and procedures
