InteliStaf Healthcare currently has an immediate opening for the Area Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing operational activities and act as a resource point for any branch office as needed in any of our 100 branch offices across the United States. This position will maintain and enhance client relationships and assist clients to resolve any operational and customer service issues. The Operations Specialist will assume the role of Branch Manager or Business Development Manager in any branch office that has a vacancy or needs additional support.

 

The Operations Specialist will also participate in training new and existing staff on the operational process of branch, such as recruitment, staffing, iStaff, iRecruit, etc. This position will help train new staff regarding InteliStaf policy, procedures and branch operations. The Operations Specialist will help establish and enhance branch office goals and operations.

 

Requirements:

?Minimum Bachelors degree in Business or related.

?Minimum of 5 years hands on sales and operational management experience.

?Background in healthcare industry preferred but not required.

?Experience working in a multi-client operation environment strongly desired.

?The ability to travel extensively (70%). Prefer to have the candidate be based out of the Chicagoland area but we are flexible with considering candidates from across the country.
