We are currently seeking to add a proven leader to our team as an Assistant Distribution Center Manager at our Reno facility. 

 

This position will be responsible for the day to day operation, control, and performance of our 80,000 sq. ft. Reno distribution center. You will be responsible for implementing procedures to improve inventory, accuracy and cycle count programs, as well as maintain working knowledge of all operating systems in order to realize productivity objectives. Additionally, you will have responsibility for budgets, training staff, ensuring compliance with DOT hazardous materials and ISO 9002 standards, and maintaining safe working practices and conditions in the facility.

 

Qualifications:

 

?  Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required.

?  Three to five years experience in Distribution Management required.

?  Demonstrated knowledge of distribution controls and operations preferred.

?  Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to lead and direct a team of supervisors and hourly employees preferred.

?  Strong project management and implementation skills preferred.
