Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for one of our downtown Chicago properties. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

? Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.

? Review and approve all facility invoices.

? Construction project management.

? Manage 3rd Party contractors/vendors.

? Manage in-house staff to include engineers, maintenance and security.

? Interface with leasing team, owner and perspective tenants.

? Ability to work in a multi-task environment.

 

 

Qualification:

 

? 2-3 years previous real estate office/commercial management experience.

? Proficiency in Microsoft based software.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills.

? Bachelor?s degree required.

? Real Estate License preferred.

? Self-starter who is capable of working within a deadline.

? Knowledge of building system, mechanical and electrical systems desired.
