Learn an exciting, fast paced, high growth business through a structured development program while leading a 35 person, route-based, customer service team to deliver world class service. Goal of the development program is to become a general manager of a 10 to 25 million dollar business within 2 years. Salary is $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience with an annual bonus target of 20% of base salary.
This high potential developmental position is with a large, stable, growing company that is among the ?Fortune?s Most Admired?, ?Top 10 Companies to Sell For?, and ?Fortune?s Top 50 Companies for Minorities?. This developmental position will have significant exposure to the group vice president and senior vice president. The development program includes participation in the company Leadership Institute.
The ideal candidate should have:
5-7 years of management experience1+ years of business-to-business sales or sales management experienceBachelors degreeProfit and loss management experienceAbility to attracted and retain top talentStrong customer service management skillsExcellent track record of resultsOutstanding leadership and training skills
Candidate must be relocatable after they complete the developmental program in order to get promoted to the next level and run their own business. There is a comprehensive benefits package with a company car as well as a 401K with company match.
