Assistant Manager, Facilities Services

We are seeking an Assistant Manager in our facilities department to supervise the day-to-day facilities operations for our corporate office on the Hoboken waterfront of approximately 1200 employees. Reporting to a Senior Facilities Manager, responsibilities include liaising with internal clients and outside contractors, utilizing CAD for space planning, developing stacking charts, occupancy and vacancy counts and work order trends and assisting with implementing capital leasehold projects.

 

In this very visible role, patience, flexibility and customer service orientation is a must.  The successful candidate will have at 3-5 years experience in facilities operations in a large corporation, the ability to read CAD and engineering drawings, superior communication skills and problem solving skills.  In addition, expert level skills in Excel, Word & PowerPoint is a must.

 

We offer a base salary in the 50?s, up to 60k with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including a company matched 401k savings plan and on-site wellness.
