Assitant Manager

Objective:  We are currently seeking a highly motivated, Manager for a high profile customer service management position.  The successful candidate will have 3+ years experience directly managing an employee base in excess of 10-15 people.  Candidates must have previous Security, or Law enforcement experience.


Skills required:


3+ Years Management experience with responsibilities to include:
Payroll Oversight Program Development Employee Processing Interviewing Team Development Team Evaluations Disciplinary Process Daily Motivation of Team members Effective communication with clients to satisfy their needs

 

Must be computer literate with high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word.


Prefer customer service experience to be in security or Law enforcement

 

Ability to effectively communicate a point in front of a large group of people


Salary and Benefits


Salary up to 36,000
