Associate Manager - Fixed Income

Your job will be to manage a staff of 3 - 4 employees for Clearance & Settlement of international trades. You will be responsible for all clearance functions including fail management, clean-ups and exceptions, settlements of non dollar/currency trades, funding and cash settlement, ACATs, Euroclear depot reconciliation, employee development and management, and regulatory and audit compliance.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a college degree and 3 - 5 years experience in International clearance processing including fail management, clean-ups and exceptions, settlements of non dollar/currency trades, funding and cash settlement, ACATs, and Euroclear depot reconciliation. You have some staff management experience. You possess good managerial and leadership ability. You have good oral and written communication skills, as well as, good presentation skills. You are a team builder. You have the ability to mentor and motivate employees. You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and keyboard proficient.
