Associate Manager - Service Group

Your job responsibilities will include managing a staff of Client Service Representative (CSRs) who specialize in Margins and handling inquiries from Branch personnel. You will also be responsible for coaching a professional and technical team as well as handling case escalations. In addition, you will be expected to communicate call trends, process system design enhancements and work with managers to partner with business areas to improve the client service experience. You will have the opportunity to interface with branch and home office management and learn a core part of the business. You will be expected to utilize the call center technology such as IEX, NICE & Vantive to leverage resources and manage CSRs.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with financial service experience and a high school diploma. A college degree and call center experience is a plus. Your oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are excellent.
